First of all, sorry for the crappy pictures, blame my Blackberry. Let's just get on with the first ever review in the blog.

As you might all know by now, Kitchenette is one of Ismaya groups creations, located in Plaza Indonesia. I could feel Ismaya's signature "atmosphere" upon entering the place, which I like.

On to what I ordered:
Grilled Octopus - This was definitely an appetizer. Portion was small, I didn't want to share :p If I'm not mistaken, there were 3/4 tentacles. It was served with potato salad. Grilled octopus I must say was delish! Would order it again for myself next time. Nothing to shout about the potato salad though it was a nice combination with the octopus.

Spanish Meatballs - They listed this in the main course, which I should say isn't quite fitting. The portion's more of a starter to me. Not sure if it's just me and my huge appetite, though :) Portion size aside, I love love loved this dish! The (minced) meatballs were flavorful (you can taste the beef - unlike some others that tastes more like flour or other substances that are not the meat), the creamy sauce was rich.


Emma (I think?) Crepes - Thin French crepes, banana, nutella, caramel, ice cream. What more could you ask for? For those who loves Nutella (who doesn't), you'll most likely love this!
